INGREDIENTS
• 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
• 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoons black peppercorns
• 2 tablespoons green cardamom pods
• 3 black cardamom pods
• 1 tablespoons cloves
• 2 cinnamon stick (2-inch pieces)
• 2 bay leaves
• 0.5 whole nutmeg, grated
• 1 teaspoons mace blades
• 1 star anise
