Additional Recipe: Euphorbia Hirta Syrup for Coughs
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Euphorbia hirta leaves
2 cups water
3 tablespoons honey
Juice of half a lemon
Preparation:
Boil the water and add the fresh leaves.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain the liquid.
Add honey and lemon juice, mixing well.
How to use:
Take 1 tablespoon every 8 hours to relieve coughs and soothe the throat.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
